Creating a Chatbot

Create the Chatbot​

  • Select the "ChatBots" menu under the "Chats" section. Use chatbot templates to simplify project development. Instead of building the chatbot from scratch, apply an existing template across different servers, providing a pre-built structure that enables faster deployment and consistent functionality.

  • Ensure that both the source and target servers use the same license version before exporting and importing the chatbot template. This helps prevent compatibility issues and ensures a smooth transfer process.

Exporting an Existing ChatBot Template​

  • Go to the "Chatbots" page, then open the "Templates" option.
  • Select the template you want to export, then click the "Export" button.
  • Save the template to your computer.

Importing a ChatBot Template​

  • Select the "ChatBots" menu under the "Chats" section.
  • Open the "Templates" page.
  • Click the "Import" button.
  • Choose one of the previously exported templates.
  • The selected template will appear in the modal window. Click the "import" button to complete the process.

You can search/filter among imported templates for easy access and further use.

Sharing a ChatBot Template (Admin)​

Templates can be shared with all system users. To do this, you must have System Administrator rights. Log in, then manage the templates through the administration interface as described above.
